Registration requirements
Registration is required for all attendees, including presenters, participants, and guests of participants, to attend the meetings and all associated events. Please note that registration is not transferable.

Become a vendor
We invite organizations to partner with us by sponsoring the conference or exhibiting as a vendor. Sponsorship provides valuable visibility among higher education faculty, staff, administrators, and assessment professionals from across the region.
Vendor exhibits will be located in the main conference commons and will be accessible to attendees throughout both conference days during registration, breaks, meals, and networking opportunities.
Cancellation policy
Refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received via email at assessmentmatters@mcckc.edu on or before April 1, 2027. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellations made after April 1, 2027 will not be eligible for a refund.
